Hello, I was playing CSS when my brother came to watch me, he told me to type "rcon xxxx" into the console, i told him no, that that was for an admin command ( i did not have admin on this server... yet =]"

Anyway, i left the room to get some water, when i returned it said that i was banned for rcon hacking...

I tried to connect back to that server, it just said that I was banned in the console, no warning on screen, but I can get to other servers fine, any help would be nice

Your STEAM_ID is completely unknown here and we cannot help you with this problem.
You have to contact the server owner to ask him for you IP getting unbanned.
Sending wrong rcon commands to a server causes your IP getting banned, not your STEAM_ID.
