Hello all

Right we have an account with yourselves on our server, the guy that used to run the server has moved onto greener pastures. I have all the details for steambans in my server.cfg user name license key etc. But I would like to change this please. We have just had to move server also due to hardware problems so our hosts have moved us to a new shinny box

So I'm not sure where to turn in this now, could the account name be changed or will I have to create a new account ?? If so how long would it take ?? I'd like to get SB back up and running on the server asap.

If you have admin rights to the team, under 'Team Admin' you can change the details from there.
The changes will be authorised by the admin that deals with team applications and may take upto 24hours.

Thanks for that Quaker I have changed the details, our new server has just gone down so I will update that when it's back on line

right i have made myself an admin but I can't allow new members in the team admins, due to the main account "******" (username) been the main man as he created the account, I still have his user name and password but I would prefer to remove him and have it as my main account. Shall i just create a new account from scratch and submit the server again ???
