6 month old ban- need help |

I just found out, that platform like yours is existing yesterday..
I checked up my Steam id and saw, that it is banned here.
I wanted to use your Ban protest formular, but tere is no chance for e to do anythin, cause it said, that my ban is older than 6 months.
Your platform bans cheater and thats goodm but i play on ESL league with ESL Wire AC and nothing. There is no cheat. Was still wondering why i can t join many servers.
So if there is a chance to contact 1 of those 3 admins or the possibility to protest a ban, even if its older than 6 months, please let me know, cause i can t remmeber, that i have cheated.

Not beeing banned in ESL does mean nothing to us, as we are not affiliated with te ESL in any way. They don't even care for cheating on public servers which is our main protection area.

There is no tutorial in steam or anyone who told abpout that, so i couldn t make a protest earlier-.-
You should think about a method to remoive those senseless bans. Cheater should be banned permamentl. Yes, but other people who got ban cause some kiddis cry a lot and MAYBE the admin made a wrong decision, should have the possibility to get unbanned whenever they think about making a protest. I don t even know if this is allowed by law. You ban people not from one serve, but from a huge load. I pay money for the game, but i don t care anymore -.-
Welll your system is good, but the way you treat the people cause they simply don t know this baneverybody project is just crazy -.-
again, my english sucks ^^ but you know what i mean.
so there is no chance for people to gt unbanned. than tell me WHY i get banned.

Niemand wird hier gebannt weil irgendjemand herum weint das jemand anderes cheatet. Deine ID wurde gebannt weil 3 erfahrene Admins eine Demo überprüft haben und in dieser eindeutige Beweise vorhanden waren das mit deiner ID cheats benutzt wurden.
Ist es fair zu cheaten? Nein, also warum sollten wir uns gedanken darum machen wenn derjenige danach auf viele Server nicht mehr spielen kann. Auch diejenigen gegen die gecheatet wurde haben für ihr Spiel bezahlt. Haben diese also nicht das gleiche Recht zu spielen ohne das jemand anderes betrügt?
Dein Account wurde wegen wallhacks gebannt. Die Demos dazu wurden von 3 Admins überprüft die zusammen mehr als 4500 Demos gesichtet haben.
Und ja, unser Bansystem ist rechtens. In der Valve EULA der du bei Erstellung deines Accounts zugestimmt hat steht eindeutig drin, das jeder Serverbetreiber das Recht hat jeden den er möchte von seinem Server zu verbannen. Wenn dieser also meint das er uns das Recht einräumen darf Leute von seinem Server zu verbannen darf er das tun und niemand hat das Recht etwas dagegen zu tun.

My personal opinnion from server admin years is that when people usually come back with question to unban (even from some time already passed) due reason "I'm not cheating anymore" it usually means "Give me one more change to cheat on your server".
What comes cheating itself, which cheaters usually forget, is that running from server to another with cheats ruin honest players gaming experience. So it's not question about you being the only affected person on the loop, our community members also suffered your actions which will lead to permanent ban from our protected servers.
We have protest system to allow banned player have a discussion about the facts that lead to ban. If player doesnt protest within six months there is absolutely nothing we can do for several reasons as Mordekay already informed above. One reason is that game engine will change all the time and old demo's are not playable anymore for review. And even would and cheat is confirmed, ban remains the same.
But I'm really glad that you honestly grow up from those years and are ready to continue gaming. Sometimes it's just better to start from clean table so in your case I would recommend getting fresh account and buy your favourite game again.
