Hey guys, I just jumped on DOD:S today to play with my clan that I haven't played with in the past 2-3 months. I tried joining today and it said that I was added to the steambans list. I tried to protest but it said that the ban has been made 6 months ago and I cannot protest. The thing is, the last time I played on my clan's DOD:S server (which has the steambans plugin) was approximately around july/august of 2009, there was no way this ban was 6 months ago. My clan leader also said that my steamid was not added to their ban list on the server.

I'm just wondering what was the reason I got banned or how. I've read the site before and I am positive that I did not get VAC banned, my account says that I'm currently in good standings and I have been able to play in many CS 1.6 servers that all have vac on them.

Once again, please let me know the reasons I was banned or how it came to be.

Your ban is from 2004 and as it is past six months as your protest request told you there is nothing that can be done about removing your ban. I'm sorry. I would suggest buying a new account if you wish to play on any steambans protected servers.
