As mr Elias stated we are not supporting CS:GO beta as and because it is still beta. Good news is that our devs are on it and we will most likely be supporting the game very soon or immediately as its published.

Well, it is 8/21 and the game is no longer in beta. So what is the status if CSGO support now? I just tried the new version on a CSGO server and it resulted the following:

[META] Failed to load plugin addons/steambans/sbsrc: /data/steam/csgo_l/csgo/addons/steambans/sbsrc.so: undefined symbol: CommandLine_Tier0

well csgo is based on source engine, this do not mean that all plugins for source run with it.

like ut 2003 many games based on the engine but also have own code !!

wait till there is some official statement from management .

Steambans will make an anouncement when any New news is available.
Just like HenningFreist said in his post above you will have to wait for the official statement.

Not Soon Enough. CS:GO is swarmed with hackers and VAC is not really effective enough.

It has been 4 months now no news yet. :-/
