 Joined: 16/05/12 Activity:  | It looks like Deadmau5 from Times Square Gaming is a bit salty about us forming our own community and has resorted to some pretty underhanded tactics.
He has posted threads about some of my members that we were are hackers and that he has submitted demos to SteamBans.
I just wanted to post this to get ahead of it, if you have received demos I would very much like to see them. I would not put it past this individual to go to great lengths to create demo tapes and submit them. I can assure you that I do not hack, nor do my players. We take hacking very seriously in our own community.

In answer to your post, everyone is free to record and submit demos here. If the person submitted is visible cheating in these demos they will get banned. If not, you have nothing to worry about. Only the person himself that is banned can request a protest: Guides - How to protest a ban.

Joined: 16/05/12 Activity: | I am somewhat ignorant of how the steambans plugins work, but I guess what I was hinting at is whether you were aware of a way in which one player can be spoofed. If sb_status cannot be faked, then I have no concerns as I do not cheat.
However, if you received a demo of someone with my steam id that is cheating, I'd be concerned, because as I said I do not cheat and I would be banned from my own servers, as we use steam bans.
